Continuing Education (CE) Policy
To receive continuing education (CE) credit, attendees are required to complete a survey for each session attended. Attendance codes will be announced during each session and must be entered on the corresponding survey to verify attendance. Surveys must be submitted within one hour of the session’s conclusion in order to award CE credit.
If a survey is not completed for a session, CE credit for that session will not be granted, and a certificate of attendance will not be issued. Attendance codes are issued for individual use only and may not be shared. Any sharing or misuse of attendance codes is not tolerated and may result in forfeiture of CE credit and ineligibility to receive a certificate of attendance.
These policies are in place to maintain the integrity of our educational programs and ensure accurate reporting of continuing education participation.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, less a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made on or after September 1, 2026, are non-refundable. Attendee substitutions are permitted at any time and are subject to a $20 processing fee.
